Nukester's Temporary Night ~ TMU Production Thread

Well it's been a while since I did an update on the TMO pages, (last April to be exact), and with all the shennanigans on TMO as of late, I have decided to release Tempoarary Night on TMU only, which means it will be fully outside editted!

This is actually something I have been seriously considering for a long time with a possible release only on my website however, with ken opening the doors for us all, I can confirm that all my upcoming projects will all be migrating onto TMU!



PRODUCTION UPDATE

After over 9 months of starts and stops due to re-casting, I can now confirm that ALL voice overs have now been received with the latest being from Kenkaku, who is playing a crucial and important supportive character called Sean Tyler



Reports of Kenkaku's finished recordings were confirmed with a rare shot taken at a recording booth office within Sunrise Studios Headquarters.

Although shooting is yet to complete, productions is moving at a slightly quicker pace than before. I must say that the musical side continues to develop over time with some great vocalists featuring on numerous tracks.

There is still no word on an official release date although things are moving just a tiny bit quicker than before :001_smile:

Man, I gotta tell ya, Nuke is gold when he delivers a film and I really can't wait for this. I recall a fine example of cinematography with freecam in a music clip of this way back, looking forward to it Nuke. very very much.

Riott it's been a long while since you sent me the lines for this so I'm not suprised you don't remember :laugh:. The good thing about taking this to outside editting is being able to shoot and edit smaller groups at a time much like PST and It's so happens that I just finished one of my favourite scenes with you, so I guess you'll have to wait and see.

Wow Jase, the sequence you're referring to was quite a while back, thanks for the vote of confidence, I hope I don't disappoint!

PRODUCTION UPDATE

Although it isn't a big update, I thought I'd just add that things are coming along nicely. When it came to cinematography, one big factor for this film has always been the use of lighting and colours. You might have seen me add a colour modification on most of my screenies of TN to date. I've always wanted the opportunity of actually implementing it in my live animation projects so I'm glad I've finally got the opportunity to do so.

PRODUCTION UPDATE

As fall approaches us at an alarming rate, production on TN is moving forward well. If things continue to go as planned (and I suck at planning :18:), the wait shouldn't be much longer :001_smile:

With about 1/2 of the film ready, I felt tempted to release early as VOLUME 1, however I really want to hold out and release it as a whole film.

It's been a difficult and testy production due to working on and off since late 2007 but I am extremely proud of what the whole cast have delivered.
