So I had a couple of things come up towards the end of the week that prevented me from throwing the hook out to get a second or third guest for today's show (I'd already booked Blaze in advance)
Being the rotten bastard that I am, I told Roger yesterday "Book a guest or two." After tossing out the names of a couple of people who've been on the show recently (probably why they were so fresh in his mind), off he went. I'm sure he'll share the results with us sometime soon.
But hey, I done my bit!
BlazeLeeDragon - Recently returned to the community, Blaze hasn't been on the show for almost a year and a half. For those who don't remember Blaze, he's an amazing voice actor, a good filmmaker, and one of the community's most unique individuals (and considering the competition, that's quite an accomplishment). Blaze has recently started working with live-action stuff (http://www.tmunderground.com/user/1105/videos/public) as he learns special effects, so it's light sabers, flying, and glowing magic (or magick, as he'd probably say) orbs for all. He's always a lot of fun to talk to, so it should be a good interview.
Before Blaze, we'll have Roger's guests.
Before Roger's guests, we'll have thrills aplenty - BS will flow like lava down the slopes of Mount Aetna, birthday wishes will be extended, announcements will be made, theMonk will dazzle us as he proves that he's some kind of Susan Boyle-ish phenomena as his acting in Rednecks Massacre Cinema brings tears to the eyes of all, Rposhard will amaze us with his filmatic knowledge in Reel Discoveries...and did I mention that Roger is booking guests?
It all begins, as it generally does, at 2 pm Eastern, 7 pm in the UK, 8 pm in Europe, and nighttime on the other side of the international dateline. To listen, take a giant step to the TMOA website (http://www.tmoaradio.com) and select the 32K or 64K stream (asking yourself, in the process...Do I feel lucky. Well do ya, punk?)
And of course, I'd be remiss in my duties if I did not recommend Cafe TMOA (http://www.tmoaradio.com/v3chat/index.php), where the lovely JudyAnn88 will direct you to your table, see that you're seated and comfortable, and lay you upside the head with the 9-Iron of Doom if you appear to be a "troublemaker".
Like all of you, I await the results of Roger's Guest Search!
