Yea, excellent stuff Dulci. Fresh, exciting and new.....come on aboard. We are expecting you. The dialogue was nicely done and the effects were very well used. I also really liked the open-ended vaguaries (er..) of the story. Well done.

Loved it Dulci. Some very scary scenes which have you on the edge of your seat. The juxtaposition of the sweet, charming music set against the horror that the little girl was experiencing, worked really well and was the highlight for me.
Glad the pillow overlays fitted in nicely at the end.:sweatdrop:

Ah, the minute I heard that song I knew exactly where it would fit. That combination was simply meant to be!

Really good topic Dulci. All of the special effect elements you used to tell us the story worked so well and your dialog did a good job letting us know her thoughts. :44: cheers.

Thanks for the review - you picked up on my personal favorite line in the movie, so you had me doing a happy dance at work when I read it.

JosephKW's review - Talk about a challenge! Filming in the first person point of view is difficult enough, but to tackle a topic such as this?! Amazing. The effects contributed a lot to the disturbing tone of this film, but it is of course the writing which drives the madness home (and the shower songs! Gads! And did I detect an homage to Hitchcock there with some of the camera angles?). I also have to mention that the credits were terrific as well, both the free-flowing dreamy opening credits and the twinkling sleepy stars at the end. Brilliant.

Yes - there was one shot specifically that was a tip of the hat to Hitchcock.
