Demolishing buildings in TM?

How do you demolish buildings in TM? I have Rysto's massive city set and it doesn't fit anywhere, so I need to destroy some buildings or if possible make the studio lot bigger then it already is (I already have the bigger lot size mod)...

I tried changing the size values in the .ini but it crashes my game if I make them any higher.

Well, to demolish buildings, you get a builder, and drag him over to a building/set and then you see two signs, one is a bomb sign, you put the builder over the "bomb" sign and then you click the mouse. The building is gone.
