Deadly Bullet VA's Wanted

Deadly Bullet is a dark western where a duelling competition takes place with a lot of money on the line, written by Kit06 and directed by MacWemmys.

Harrison: Harrison is the hero of the story. He is in the duelling competition to avenge his father, who died in the competition three years before the movie takes place. Harrison should be a stereotypical western good guy. I would like a male's voice which is neither old nor young. Harrison should sound serious and sorry for himself. Harrison is the lead role.

The lines to audition for Harrison are -

Audition line 1 - Harrison - (Jokily) Well I have nothing to live for now do I? You are my only friend and even you make me pay for drinks. (Intense) I will sign up, and I will kill Mr. Law.

Audition line 2 - Harrison - (Irritated) Fine! (Pause) But when I am drawn to fight you Mr, Mr. Law you will wish that you never even met my dad.

Wesley: Wesley owns the saloon in Tombstone, he is Harrison's best friend, he is married to Rebecca. After Rebecca reveals a terrible secret about the reigning champion of the competition Wesley tries to kill them. Wesley should sound like a mature man, with a kind, warm voice, but in the film Wesley does become more and more grim. Someone that can pull off both happiness and fury would be ideal for this role. Wesley is one of the main characters.

Audition line 1 - Wesley - (Jolly) Ha-ha, this is great Harrison; you have got to the quarterfinals!

Audition line 2 - Wesley - (Rage) I will kill him! (Pause) Mr. Law will die for what he did to you!

Erik: Erik is the referee of the tournament; he is picked on by Mr. Law, the reigning champion. He is a main character. Erik should sound like an older gentleman. Erik should be able to fight his corner in an argument.

Audition line 1 - Erik - (Coughs loudly) Everyone, listen to this! (Pause) The tournament will start tomorrow twelve a clock sharp, the champion Mr. Law is coming in his carriage as I speak; he should here on the hour.

Audition line 2 - Erik – (Commanding) Start at one (Short Pause) but Mr. Law; don’t try anything funny.

Danny: Danny is a minor role whose time in the movie is short lived, as he is a casualty in the tournament. Danny should sound innocent and ignorant of the high states in the tournament. Danny only has one line.

Audition line 1 - Danny – (Nervous) I will be the best!

Orky has taken the role of Harrison, the main role.

Update, there is a new character in the cast; Trevor Mears, Harrisons' father.

He is a minor role with two lines.

Remember that these roles arn't shooting off the shelf, so any auditions will be very welcome.

We need VOs for Erik, a man in his 60s, Mr Law's henchman (minor role, voice type doesn't matter too much, as long as it's an adult voice) and there are some crowd lines. We're looking for as many crowd members as possible so if anyone happens to be able to do a few quick lines in a western/American accent, please, we're trying to get as many people for that as possible :)

I have been out of the community since Thursday, now I have the time to reply to the comments.

I have three scripts on the go right now, once I have written some ideas for my newest idea, I will work on the extra roles lines.

Wacky I will PM you a line or two once the extra role group is made. Jake I don't think your voice will work in a dark/serious film.
