I'm writing a scene in one of my screenplays, and it involves the L.A. county subway system as displayed here:
http://www.westworld.com/~elson/larail/metromap.html
(there are icon links that show you what each line does in detail).
My question is: Can/does a train from one line [ever] crosses into another? Or, are the lines made separate from each other? I'm in a bit of a jam here, and all I need is the truth of this matter to make this scene work- which I'm really adamant in including. There are trains like this in New York and Washington D.C., so that broadens the field of possible TMUers who have rode or still ride any of these trains, or perhaps have a job working with them or doing something else at the station. Please help me out this, anyone. I really have my heart set on this, and I can still pull it off in one or two way- meaning, rather or not the trains can/do cross into other lines or don't. Thanks.
