I thought it would be nice to have a thread to put our favorite screenshots and artistic images from our movies. Not to promo our movies but more as an art gallery.

Here's my version of a "hero" shot - I like the orange lighting and the way the horse is caught looking our way.

One of my favorite screenies (from Whitefish)! Loved the greenscreened face in the background and the sound wave oscillation in the foreground. The set itself was pretty cool too. I am the greatest! Heehee. Now, what did you say about promotion....

Ah, if you want to include the name of the movie it's from and a link to it, that's fine :) Just not OVERBOARD promotion, ya know? :51:

Fun idea. :)

Okay, a production shot first.
Very classic Vampire Romance shot, not much to say about that 'cept that it took me a while to get this set-up because it is linked to the kiss scene and required a careful placing, I love how it turned out in the end.
It is intented to accentuate the sexual awakening of my maincharacter

The Lonliness of the waitress is my personal Boulevard of Broken Dreams shot*.
The emptiness of the room reflects the emotional state she finds herself in, at what point do we get so cautious that we're trapped by ourself?

*This is actually the third take of this scene, one from each movie version none of which really worked in the way a still picture should, and finally a middle take between the first two to get a better framing. (completly random trivia note)

That top shot is a very interesting angle Daninsky.

I like this one because it was just the abstract odd look I was going for...fun with iClone and editing filters.

I would post pictures on here but, my pics might be misinterpreted as "pornographic"

A quick scene from Shadows of the West. I like this shot, because it's mostly the starry night sky in the background and the camera angle here shows a little bit of power.

I like how the rider is silhouetted against the building in the background, just visible enough to tell us what we are looking at.

I took one screenshot I did for fun.

Just had this weird idea, having some fun by messing around with the chroma keying again. Supposed to be a AI unit or a hologram. Blurred out the building in the background, the moon, and the stars.

A screenie from the latest episode of enigma i'm doing. Was trying to capture the vastness and emptyness of a ship when all of its crew are missing.

From the upcoming "The Grey People"...

I love the amount of detail, the reflections, etc etc. And...that it took 14 minutes to render this one frame. Click to see a bigger version.

When I first seen this sequence in Complication, It reminded me of the opening to Final Fantasy VIII. Very beautiful and well animated.

Wow, nice work WarLord!

Ok, I'm not sure if this counts but I've recently been experimenting with a cgi environment software called Terragen and, well, here's one of the environments I created. (sorry about the massive image size)

I really like this screenie best as its pretty much the only one that conveys a feeling of the story and situation with just the camera placement... i can imagine the cam zooming out very slow

That looks great mac.

The screenie from engima is indeed a powerful camera shot just as described. Excellent vision.

Below is a render from a city I'm putting together with commercial models and my own models in Vue. This particular scene will be rendered in Vue for added visuals and to catch the atmospheric effects. Can't see it from this render but there are cars on the streets too.

A few of mine that i always liked, with Guppis waterfall in the first, that remains my favorite use of a mod in anything I ever shot. That mod made the scene work.

One of my favorite scenes from The Assignment.

A little off topic, but it's amusing to see a reference to Barton Fink in The Movies.
