Alien shuttle pilot:
Role: Minor
Size: about 4 lines
Gender: Either
Voice: Needs to be soft, gentle and mature
Audition: "This is Trans-2-1-4, we have collected the package"


Butler Robot
Role: Minor (comic relief)
Size: about 10 lines
Gender: Either
Voice: An English accent, haughty or snobbish
Audition: (mock outrage) "Treat the patient? At Tea Time???"


Ummm, both roles carry over to the next movie as well. Appreciate your help :)
