Skype in trouble?

I ran across the following article and I believe those of us who use Skype for various reasons, including TMOA radio interviews, should watch this story and it's overall outcome.

I wouldn't worry about it, it happens with these big companies all the time.

You know, even if they lose the trial they'll take the code, make some legally sufficient cosmetic change to it and use it as their own... Skype ain't dying any time soon

I don't doubt Skype will win. If you read the article closely, they are claiming a story that almost exactly mirrors that of the Microsoft (bill Gates)/Apple (Steve Jobs) blow up in the late 80's/early 90's. Apple claimed Microsoft stole their windows idea. Gates won out and look where he is now.

I just thought people would be interested in this is the only reason I posted it.
