Hi ken i upload the dead it plays for a sec. then it shuts off. i check my system no problem on my end i made a little short to see if that would upload with out a problem it did the same thing when you hit play the bar doesn't even move then about a sec into the movie it shuts off.
Please Help.

Hey Chris

Can't seem to find the problematic movie on your studio page. Do you have a link? Or have you removed the film? If so it would be helpful if you could re-upload it so we can see exactly whats going on

i'm uploading movie 40 min. to upload 20min movie.
I upload a short one yesterday 16 min. and the same thing happen played for a sec and then it shut off i upload the movie to veol web site no problems.

It's showing up now... well, it's converting anyway.... you might have cracked it this time, mate...

having said that, it seems like it's taking an awfully long time to render up... you might be suffering the same bug that Sisch had when she tried to upload The Intermediate the first few times :S

It's load on tmu 53 sec. in to the movie and it shuts off killian please let me now if it plays the hole movie for you the movie is 14:27 Thanks.

...think you cracked it mate; thought the sound was a tad out to start with, but it seems to be playing fine now...

UPDATE: Hmmm, on second thoughts; seems to play fine, but you can't pause it without it resetting to the start of the movie...

FURTHER UPDATE: Dammit; it stops dead at 9:21... also noticed the progress slider didn't budge through the whole thing... :(

FURTHER FURTHER UPDATE: Hang on, might be some hope for it yet... reloading the page seemed to kick it a bit; slider is now working... waiting for it to buffer right out and will retry...

FINAL UPDATE: Worked on the last run through... might have been a glitch when it was still rendering out but displaying as ready to watch... anyway, it seems fine this time, mate :thumbup1:

same thing happen to me there's a rendering problem.

It's working now the movie played all the way to the end.

sparks also it look like there's a rendering problem when you upload.
