Logged in...logged out

Everytime I go on TMU I have to sign in when I get on it, and if I'm on it and then go to the homepage. I've been putting up with it for a while, but it has been getting quite annoying.

Do you have "always stay logged in" (or whatever it's called), switched on? Does your browser autoclear cookies or its cache frequently (as that will flush out the log in info 9 times out of 10 and require you to log back in again)..?

I've tried to keep it logged on by hitting "remember me" that isn't working :6:

Hmmm... sounds like either a cache issue, or something your browser doesn't like with the site access, in that case... maybe Ken has an idea what the issue is...?

I occasionally get logged out, especially when I access from a couple of different machines - but it's usually weekly or so, and I'm guessing it's just a short-lived cookie, or possibly a clustered server that changes from time to time and doesn't recognize the old cookie.

No real clue on this - I know some people had some slight problems in the beginning, but either they've learned to live with occasionally logging in or they fixed it.

Will see if I can find out anything, and see if there's anything on the server side under my control that I can modify.

Try this

Tools > Options > Privacy

There, you can change and customize settings...look around there and see if your problem's can be fixed.

Be sure to check "settings" while you're in there
