A problem at tmu movie site

The movies that have been upload at tmu site will not play only the movies that have been linked to the site at other site work.

Okay, the upload problem seems to be fixed now (I'm working with them) - just uploaded a test movie and it encoded fine.

The other issues (missing thumbnails, and overall slowness of the site) are still being diagnosed.
