Thumbnail

Hi,
I've been trying to upload a thumbnail to my new video (I embedded from YouTube), and it always ends up with just black...
I've tried jpg, jpeg etc. but with no luck.
It's really frustrating because not many people are gonna watch the films if the thumbnail is black...
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,
I think I figured out the problem, I had to actually edit the photos and save them as .jpg, instead of just changing the name from... say picture.bmp to picture.jpg.

Thanks anyway, I think I got it!
