I saw, and reviewed.
:stupid: Except I didnt feel the need to tell you when I thought you should release, or how to make your movie, or how to shoot it, or the rest of that other nonsense from someone who doesnt know the first thing about telling or shooting a good story. Are you serious? That review just made me laugh, considering the source I guess its just par for the course.:fuk2: Some things will never change. Great finale.

Why are you so worried about my review? I actually came back to this thread to announce a little something:

http://www.tmunderground.com/watch/a54e94377e6ae2eded4d/Galaxy-at-War-The-Nightmare

I recommend to you all who only seen this episode or maybe a few of the previous to see this episode in order to see first hand how the enemy's endgame device was first conceived in a dream by Captain Thomas. And, since you have a distaste of my review Johnny, then be sure to watch that episode. You'll be surprised of how that episode came about.

Looking towards the next season Chris. I was greatly surprised of how it ended- it really changed my perception of what I thought about it indeed.

The Wankerick.... errr Maverick's reviews are as much help and a map for a one way tunnel.

Galaxy is growing and changing! And that is a great sign of a healthy sci-fi series. While the exploration of space is great... it is all really about the exploration of the movie producer, the writer, the director, the composers, the voice actors, the sound designers, the artists, etc. Time to kick in some afterburners! Way to go Chris!

Hey, my reviews, and many others, aren't always meant to be helpful. It's the criticism that is indirectly helpful for the director. He's meant to entertain, and I'm meant to receive it.

NEX Johnnyex has seen every episode of galaxy at war he's a fan of the series like many others.
He has a right to his opinion of your review.
The same with uber.

To k4 Thanks for your support of my series from the start and the uses of the conquest ships.
I will try my best to keep entertaining the fans of Galaxy at War.

nex you have a right to review anything but that doesn't mean everyone will agree with your review.
Here's your review it's almost like your telling how to make my series it's insulting if you have that much advise then make your own series.
I didn't want to go in to this with you but i'm tired of you doing this all the time.

Wow Chris, you've really outdone yourself this time. Although the editing and cuts made the experience a little trippy, and though some of the music had been placed a little longer or shorter for certain scenes, the ending was a really good treat. Try to utilize more shots during conversations- the one with Active_Studios and you was too long on one angle for the camera. Also, you might want to take a break, at least from releasing GAW. As an audience, if we watch too many of these at one time, then we'll be bound to get sick of them, and unfortunately that does happen with some shows on TV. So, you gotta do certain things to keep all of our attention. You may want to release the season premiere on January 1, 2009, so that not only it keeps the season all in one year, but, it will give us just a long enough, but short-still, time to get ready for the new surprises- plus it's a clever premiere date. Use a little bit of bait and switch with the storyline towards the end of an episode (24 is a prime example of this- watch almost any episode of that show (like on Veoh.com or Myspace.com and you'll be bound to be shocked at the end of the show because of it's climatic twist). Plus, like I've said, use a little bit more camera angles for each lengthy scene. If you can, try to make the SFX more cohesive with The Movies' game engine (the thing that all of the game's physics, look and other graphical programming is based on) for a more realistic effect. Then, try to use better semantics with the script dialogue. There weren't too much cliques, but there also wasn't a lot of originality when it came to replies and one-liners. With that, I think you'll be on the way to making the series remarkably better than it already is- which is still good to be. A 4...out of 5.

Chris, if you find constructive criticism 'insulting' then maybe you need to rethink things. Nothing I said, or at least modestly most of the content in the review, was intentionally bad. I don't care if people like my reviews Chris (I'm surprised that they like Jazzx's for his balls-to-walls reviews- which is kinda challenging to the directors in making them rethink how to make their next film better), but if they don't in any demeaning way, then they can keep it to themselves. I just in all honesty want you to do your best, and if you're not realizing something, to realize what it is, and make your films even better. Yes, SFX are good, but when it comes to dialogue delivery and some of the lines themselves, it makes the awesome underlying story undermined. That's just my personal opinion, and may not be fact, you know? Just take it as it is, and grow from it Chris. Even people your age still learn things everyday, and I most certainly do for my young age. Please, as a friend, just understand where I'm coming from with this. I only want the best for you. You're certainly a better director in my book; scripting, ehh maybe; and all of that is my personal opinion. Take care Chris. Sorry for not separating my paragraphs, I wanted to make my point clear ASAP.

Maverick - you will receive one warning from me, and this is it.

Please take this conversation off the threads.

If you and Chris wish to debate the merits of Chris' work, you may do it here.

If you wish to discuss the merits of your reviews, please do it privately - the tone of the conversation is entering argumentative territory and threatening to derail the purpose of the thread.
