Greetings folks. According D.L. Watson- who graciously informed me by PM and publicly that the Director's Contest for Project: Connection would in a sense be a debacle, and a fiasco, I decided to make this more inclusive. So, taking those implied statements to mind, I've decided to make a more final- useful thread to demonstratively promote the script to anyone who asks. Though D.L. did mention that people may not want to be associated or deem the 'Nexus brand' as something good, also may be deterred from doing this, but I say: 1) go look at all of my 9 or so films and judge for yourself what I have done- or at least admire and believe in my potential to do better (like with this project). And 2) this is co-written by J. Latham- the man who basically remade all of the concepts and story plot lines from my original story- and he made the scripts/stories of Rough Transit and In The Cover of Darkness- winner of Ravens' 2nd LNEYME contest- both of which are done by Pookashells...so, it cannot be bad at all. So, anyone who would like to look at the script- rather you have an interest in directing or not- may. By PM send me your e-mail address, and I'll give you the script.
For:

To have adventure, and have fun.
To offer your kind services to proofread, or to interject with suggestions for story changes (which if used and allowed, then you'll be credited as a co-writer).
Or, you may just want to direct it- but not before seeing if you'd like to. So, maybe you would just like to read it all, and then decide.

Either way, especially for the third option, please let me know if you'd like to do it. And if not for the reason, then please tell me what you thought about it so that I can personally (or utilize a suggestion or two from proofreaders) to spruce it up.

You know were to find me. Unfortunately for you, I won't be on TMO that much anymore, so please make your requests to my TMU PM Inbox.

I thought this would be a clever, and intuitive way of helping each other reach a common goal- which is to bring this story to life. Thank you for at least reading this slight lengthy request of mine. Please, make any editions (or if you would like to just use another font, or highlighting to show how a line could be changed that would be good as well) that you need or want to use. Also, as mentioned, Skype is the best, and most available way to reach me. If you don't have it, then go to Skype's website, and download the 3.8 version (if you're new, then don't go there and get the 4.0 Beta- it's too hard for new users in my opinion- new users download it now).

PS: Also, as D.L. has mentioned graciously, I will be conducting interviews for those who want to read other takes on the synopsis of the story (the first, which is to be made soon hopefully), or to get more in dept stuff concerning the tale. Also, for it's primary purpose, it would be the perfect opportunity to express and show your abilities in directing. It will be done only on Skype- 24/7 (but only when I'm online of course). So- this is not a dealbreaker, but, if I had two worthy candidates who wantonly decide to take this story on, but one of them doesn't interview with me (even though he may give me a little info. about himself), the fact that I don't know him as much as the interviewee could lessen his chances of getting a stab at it. Not to say that this is still a contest, but only one can direct this (CGI, Overlays and After/SFX done by friends on TMU is a different story- like Deeb).

Nobody wants to read it? I thought many of you enjoyed what J. Latham did (most recently because of Rough Transit).

Shaynedude has been sent a copy of it. I'm waiting for everyone else who'd like a copy too.
