On Another Planet is our entry into Raven's 'The 3rd Lionhead Named 'Em, You Make 'Em Competition (LNEYME)'

It begins with The Copernicus base, the first and only base outside the solar system, discovering a wormhole. Captain Claire Sandford has been told about the discovery of the wormhole, what it leads to is mystery.

So far the following role has been casted:

TFoster- Michael

The following Roles are needed:

Captain Claire Sandford- The Lead, We have a few people in mind for this but if you want to try, go ahead.

Commander Andrew Felton- Fairly big part

Commander Zach Anderson- Fairly Big Part

Councilman Frank Page- Fairly Big Part

Crew Member- Small role

James Palmer- Intern- Big Part

John Douglas- Medium Role

Mystery Part- Important part, PM me for more details

Pookashells cannot be the mysterious character, so I am taking over as the role.

It was a zombie movie that I was writing a while ago. I believe it might be at the 28th page...I hit a big writer's block a month ago and I still have no idea how to end it.

It was a interesting script, but it had somewhat a slow pace.

The first has the shoulder design of Conquest uniforms.
The uniform in the last photo would be EXCELLENT especially if the white colour was changed to a gray colour. It really looks good!

The non-village people one is more apt to OAP's drama, I think for a spoof the cartoonish ones could work well.

The captain's one is cool, tho... just wasn't fussed on the way the number 1 crew one looked (maybe with sleeves and an all-over colour similar to the captains, it might look better....? Just my 2p worth, anyroad...)

But I think the white one could be used for a higher ranked person on the ship.

I think I need to address this because I had a little problem with it.

1) Nothing to do with OAP

2)Basically, an executive producer of a motion picture is typically a producer who is sometimes involved in creative or technical aspects of production.

I don't think skimming through Ben's 28-page script, suggesting a couple of changes counts as an exec producer

Most people would be happy with a 'Special Thanks to' or 'With help from' at the end credits, but then again, you are Nexus.

Also, to Update, the Dark Blue uniform is now the official one going to be used in the film. :thumbup1:

I do not use Cool Text much.

Paint shop pro does most of the work now.

Anyway, your poster is easy to make, get the background, give it to the website and hay presto it's done.

I don't believe I was told about Nexus being a co-executive and I don't personally want him working on this project...thats my thought in this but anyway, the mods!

Don't be afraid to ask other modders to see if they can do any really hard mods that we may not be capable of doing :)

No worries Tom. This project is a side-project that was commenced way before the merger of you guys into Baskit Studios. God willing, we'll (me and Ben) be able to bring it up to speed again. In the meantime, I'm waiting to see your guys' first film together. So, that will be a separate, freelanced project that will be continued, now on the sidelines, until it sees some light in the production stages. And Asa, I think that you should use that white-suit for the captain. It's the most original looking, compared to the many, but still redundant costumes from the game.

Edit: Tom, don't forget to take Pookashells off the list. Unless, Ben can get him to commit again. Just looking out for ya. If you didn't even know about that, then ask the trio about it.

I got magix yesterday, for £40 :lol:

Check out PC world, they have reduced it a lot, I recommend it as well, the effects and stuff you can do are amazing for the price

Also, on a sadder note, I saw S&E in GAME yesterday being sold in a '3 for £10' section :(, along with Microsoft Flight Simulator and Hospital Tycoon. I saw a kid look at the box and consider buying it, and if he had, I would have conversed with him about the downfall of TMO and TMU's emergence, I would have really gone into detail, and filled him in.....

But he put it back, oh well.

I am doing it scene by scene, so it will take longer than any other movie I've done.

At the minute just fixing up BOTF a lot, I think it needed a lot of sprucing up. I've added a bit more to that.

Tomorrow is BOTF Finish day and Sunday will be OAP day.

I have decided to pull out of the LNEYME competition, as I felt it wouldn't have been what it could be if it was rushed for the deadline of Jan 10th.

A new Thread will be started in time, and I will update there.

As the film will be restarted to make it more conquest-y, new uniforms, ship, etc
