I've remade Warship Dracoclaw (uh oh!), simply to get it off of my mind, and so I can push forward with the next ones. However, I am at the stage where I have to decide - do I want it to be subtitled, or do I want to get Voice Actors? This is a slight call-for-help, but mostly to gauge interest. It's my "return" to The Movies, and as such is rather shoddy. Is it worth the effort of procuring VA's?

If you want to move quickly on, then probably not. But if you want to improve the film then yes.

If you don't hear the characters speaking in your head as you write, I guess subtitles are okay. But when I'm writing a script, I'm hearing the voice of the person I want to ask to play that part speaking the lines. Which is, of course, why I'll ask, beg, plead, and ultimately threaten to get the actors I want :)

But in the end, it's personal preference - I like Dracoclaw, and would like to see it voiced if you're going to remake it.

I've decided to use VOs - or rather, record them. I just spent two hours doing ~every voice, but I still have a few lines that need to be read out by a female woman of the opposite sex.
