God, We Play is my H.P.Lovecraft inspired movie that wasn't finished in time for this years competition, but will be made and released (TBA) and entered into next years contest, if there is one.

Synopsis

I'm not gonna give much of a synopsis because it'll spoil the viewing pleasure (i hope) of the final movie. It is a serious piece, focused on humanity, control, the US military, free-will vs determinism, isolation and a few other aspects.

It is set modern day and takes place in a small suburban street somewhere in the U S of A. It is much more of an artistic / visual piece than i have done before, but thats not to say there won't be some great dialouge from these tallented individuals

The movie is shot almost entirely on Tarisons Blue Screen sets, utilises Dr. Houses scene hacks as well as a variety of mods. The finished product will be out sode edited (a daunting 'first' for me) and is scheduled for release.........later :rolleyes:

I'll dig out some screen shots for you later - once i've decided which sets i'm actually gonna use!

Yeah, I've seen some of Sparky's pre-production work on this (including an amazing credits sequence that he may or may not use) and all I can say is that this film is going to be amazing.

Little update on this project

It is moving along nicely, all vo's are in and i am currently creating the movie and outside editing it scene by scene. Will be released before the end of the year but thats about as committed to a 'date' as i'm gonna get. Still haven't decided whether its worth releasing a teaser or not....

A Lovecraft film always get my attention, but a Sparky film will get me to come arunnin'. This is looking beyond impressive, and with one of TMO's greatest visionaries at the helm, it will deliver the goods, and then some!
