And I am happy to announce that I'm working on my first, live action student film.
I'm the Sound Mixer, Editor, Art Director, and Casting Assistant. The maximum length is unfortunately only 8 minutes.

I'm just really excited for the story as well. A man goes to a priest to seek forgives and closure for the hit-and-run death of his teenage daughter. However, though a flashback, it is revealed that the drunk driver as actually the priest. At the end he questions his responsibilities and resigns.

I'll definitely make sure to share this film for my Digital Cinematography class, and my music video and 5 minute short for my Directing class. I will actually be shooting my music video tomorrow. I am the Writer, Editor, and Director. I saw this the other day (found it through elmer lang's Osiris Torn which got 28 reviews as opposed to 2 on TMU - also look at how the reviews are spread out over time...) and thought it was pretty interesting. Its a site where you sign up and get review and critique assignments for other peoples work. Once you complete the assignments you get credits. You assign those credits to your own works and other people get assignments to critique and review your works. There are screenplays, short films and short stories. It reminds me of some of the old TMO ideas.

Anywho, it looks pretty active and might be a solid way to get some feedback. If nothing else its worth a look at the idea.

It's the second part to a tutorial video on how to be a ninja from a ninja who is very loud and not sneaky at all, but it's interrupted by a rival ninja. Tell me what you think about it and what you think I should do next, or maybe give me some filming tips.
